Mr. Pryor is gradually introducing the fifth-grade students to full-band practice, allowing them to become familiar with the expectations, routines, and structure of playing as a full ensemble.
Third graders in Ms. LeVar’s class get super creative while practicing line drawing in art class!
Our K–3 students learned the secrets to maintaining a healthy smile! They discovered the importance of proper oral care, learned which foods can help or harm their teeth, and found out why regular visits to the dentist are so important. 🦷✨

Reminder! This Friday, September 18, 2026, is an early dismissal. Students will be released at 11:45 AM. There will be no ECE classes.
The fifth graders researched various pieces of emerging technology and then created a Google Slides presentation to share with their classmates. It was fun to explore so many new innovations!

I would like to provide an update regarding recent delays on some of our bus routes. At the beginning of each school year, transportation times can be longer than usual as drivers become familiar with their routes and students are added to or moved between routes.
These challenges are compounded by a current shortage of bus drivers, an issue currently affecting many school districts. At times, the shortage requires us to temporarily combine routes, which can increase the amount of time students spend on the bus.
Please be assured that addressing these delays is a top priority. We are actively working to improve our routes and reduce transportation times as quickly as possible.
If you are interested in becoming a bus driver and joining our outstanding transportation team, please contact our Director of Transportation, Kimberly Karaszewski, at kkaraszewski@rb157.org for more information.
